2” Diameter Conveyors

Our 2″ diameter cable conveyors are typically used to move small grains, seed, and feed. coffee chaff, carrot seed, chia seed, flax seed, and other small items which work well with this conveyor size and capacity. Also, both ground coffee and soluble coffee, soluble coffee combinations (3-in-1) have been conveyed successfully with cable conveyors of this diameter.

4” Diameter Conveyors

Our 4″ diameter cable conveyors are commonly used to convey brown-skin almonds, whole bean roasted coffee and a variety of breakfast cereals from flakes to rice puffs. These cable conveyors are the go-to conveyor workhorse systems for most applications. Cable conveyor cleaning includes dry and wet options. Clean-in-place is also an option used by many food processors today.

6” Diameter Conveyors

Our 6″ diameter cable conveyors are commonly used to convey breakfast flakes, rice puffs, in-shell walnuts, almonds, pistachios, whole bean roasted coffee, and high-density powders and resins. These conveyors have both dry and wet cleaning options. Clean-in-place is also an option used by many food processors today.

8” Diameter Conveyors

Our 8″ diameter cable conveyors are used to convey breakfast cereals, whole walnuts, large volumes of nuts, pet foods, and other materials where high-volume capacity is required. These conveyors have both dry and wet cleaning options. Clean-in-place is also an option used by many food processors today.

The majority of our conveyors operate with drive units 5 Horsepower – or less! For energy-efficient operation our systems are hart do compete against.
