Dust, spillage, blockages, and general poor flow of material are all challenges that commonly occur when unloading and conveying bulk materials.

Dynequip solves your bulk unloading headaches through customized solutions for new or existing equipment within your process. Below are a few of our favorite components we commonly use in our custom designs.

The Dynequip Bulk Bag Fill/Unloading Inflatable Spout provides a non-electric way to hook up a bag connection to a bulk bag unloader or fill station. This feature is included in our units or may be added as a stand-alone component to an existing unit.

A non-electric spout provides wonderful flexibility and benefits. They are particularly well-suited for areas where dust and the possibility of explosion are a concern.

Additionally, a non-electric spout design is less complex and has fewer components that can wear out or malfunction.

Without the need for electricity our inflatable spout is flexible and is a great solution for anyone needing a spout that is easy to move from one place to another or for temporary set ups.

The Dynequip Bag Cincher is another wonderful headache reducing component that is included as an option in our unloader or can be added to supply components as a retrofit on an existing unit. A bag cincher is important when there is a need for better control of material during the unloading process.

A common concern for our clients, especially those in the plastics industry, occurs during the conveying process. Angel hair, or the fine stands of plastic that are created during the moving of bulk plastics, can cause many operational issues.

The Vortex Angel Hair Trap is an excellent add-on feature that captures and removes fine stands (angel hair) before problems occur. Known for being highly effective, Vortex Angel Hair Traps are designed to minimize the disruption of material flow while capturing angel hair. The smooth internal surfaces of the Vortex Angel Hair Trap reduce the chance of clogging due to buildup. The Vortex Angel Hair Trap also uses a combination of gravity and centrifugal force to separate the angel hair from the plastic pellets. The process is effective in removing the fine strands and is different from other angel hair traps that rely solely on screens or filters.

As with many Vortex products, this trap is designed to be easy to maintain. The ability to quickly clean out any accumulated angel hair helps to keep our client’s process running efficiently.

Lastly, the ability to customize a Vortex Angel Hair Trap is important for the custom solutions we provide for our clients.
